Work and occupational training during the health crisis: have there been gender-differentiated impacts on occupational training program use and aspirations in France?
The aim of this project is to shed light on how the health crisis and the government measures taken to contain its economic and social effects may have impacted access to ongoing occupational training and work and career plans in ways that differ by gender. It draws on data from the IMPACT survey conducted the Céreq (Center for research on occupational qualifications) in 2021 together with qualitative interviews. The project is coordinated by Martine Pernod-Lemattre (Clersé research center, Lille University)
